You can't walk to the Cyclades from the mainland - fortunately. Got to keep the bloody caravanners and German truckers out somehow!
But seriously this is not a strait - it's a sea journey and considerably longer than Dover to Calais, which is (correctly) NOT treated as a walkable strait in the game. You would need proper ships.
We should get rid of the water-walking nonsense in EU 2.
