Description​

The strait of Otranto treats every country the same way.
Even though when you hover over the strait it says that the permission type "Enemy" doesn't allow armies, navies or trade to pass trough it the truth is it does and any navy army or trade directed by whoever is at war with the controller can just go trough it as if the permission type was "Friend".
This is really annoying because you now have to guard ports and escort your convoys inside the Adriatic Sea.

Steps to Reproduce​

Play as Italy, annex Albania (or not) and declare on the UK or whoever you like and then tag switch to them and try moving your fleet or troops inside the Adriatic, you will find that you can do it while being at war with Italy.
