Strait of Hormuz

I happen to find this strait added in the game today. I checked the patch notes and didnt find any mention of this. I even reverted back to the 1.9 patch just to make sure I am not imagining things, and no the strait is not there back then.

So, I guess my question is why this change is not communicated, and what are the other things that paradox changed but not mentioned?

Well, there was that bit they added in the Battle for the Bosporus' EULA, you know, the one that mentions such purchasers become citizens of Sweden and subject to conscription should your new country find itself in conflict with another.
