Store Purchase Issue (10/19/2018)

I pre-ordered the Battletech Flashpoint expansion today, but when I tried to apply my DC/CC the transaction failed and the store message ask me to try a different payment method. I did. But now I have 3(three) charges for the purchase.

I determined that the original failure was due to financial institution put a temporary hold on my first transaction since I don't normally conduct international purchases.

Could you cancel the duplicates?

I see just two attempts by you to purchase, one unsuccessful as you say, and one successful.

Rather than three charges, if you look carefully I think what you'll find is one charge for the initial attempt, an automatic credit for that same amount a short time later (due to the bank rejecting the payment), then the charge for the second successful order.

Check with your bank directly if you are unsure still.

Andrew, yes you are correct. I do not see the two transactions that cancel each other on the DC. The CC transaction is good.
