storage buildings - ban import

Hello,
Does anyone know if this is possible or perhaps can write a mode that would add an option to a industries DLC storage buildings that would allow to ban importing raw materials by this building?

Also what would be most desired is to be able to split usage of trucks of such building so only some (not all) are allowed to be used for export and rest is only for local (in city) deliveries.

Unfortunately I have to little coding experience to approach this subject, but any clue is appreciated.

I've recently started using this mod and haven't had any trouble with it yet, though it doesn't do anything with the trucks. It just stops the Industries DLC imports. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1816571194
