stoping puppets from sending expeditionary forces every one and then

Im sure I saw the answer to this somewhere... dont know if in hoi wicky or here in the forums but I cant find it now

I want to stop my puppets sending me expeditionary forces.. right now im at war with russia and I got spain as puppet and the spanish are sending me their forces but I dont need them and they are anyway too far from the front of battle so they are useless the problem is that they keep sending them back to me and Im getting annoyed at sending back them every time.

You'll have to get Armageddon, it has a 'do not send expeditionary forces' diplomacy option. Otherwise, you'd have to edit the AI to not send exp. forces, but then they will never submit them at all.
