As support for independence isn't really any different from other alliances, it shouldn't increase liberty desire but just increase the subjects willingness to declare independence in the same way that my allies reduce it. The way it is now, if a large country supports my vassals independence it can create a situation where they will never be loyal however much they like me and the support will never end.
In my latest game, the Ottomans started supporting Crimea as soon as I vassalized them but now without their support Crimea would be loyal and the Ottomans would no longer be able to support their independence. Also, the Ottoman support of Crimean independence seems to be affecting Theodoro's liberty desire through alliance even though they shouldn't be willing to help them if they declared the war.
Even without changing any of this, it would be helpful if it mentioned how much each support for independence was affecting liberty desire separate from vassal's relative power as it is very misleading and appears as a bug suggesting that 8 units are over 4 times as powerful as 6.
