"Stop Backing Plot": if he refuses? I know he's going to refuse, that's the point.

The tooltip says "If he refuses, then we have a reason to imprison him." But there doesn't seem to be a way to make the demand if I know he's going to refuse.

For the record, I hate this too. I sometimes have to bribe the guy to like me enough to get it to maybe just so I can ask him to stop, have him say no, and only then can I revoke a title from him for his treachery. Very poor implementation.
