Stone quarry build time modifier does not effect new holding

Well, as the title says.

I had the event with the big tower and I gained a modifier which says Local Build Time Modifier -20% and Local Build Cost Modifier -25%.
However the price for a NEW holding and the build time stays the same as before.

I believe this to be a bug, and I do not know if this is intended or have been reported before.

Hi ilsfort!

This issue has been reported to our internal database and is fixed in our internal version of the game.
So a fix will appear in the upcoming patches (not in 2.3.4 though).
Feel free to keep an eye on it, incase you manage to reproduce it on later patches.
