The regular 2.7.2 version of Stellaris works perfectly fine in multiplayer. However if switched to the stellaris_test branch, no servers can be found and "network restricted" is shown during game hosting.

Anyone else has this issue or knows any way to solve it? Or is there any other way to access crossplay servers to play with my friend on xbox pc gamepass?

It worked a few days ago but does not work once again...

You'll need to make sure stellaris.exe is allowed through all your firewalls. If you use Windows Defender, bot the public and private settings there.

This is because stellaris_test uses a different stellaris.exe than the regular 2.7.2 version.
