Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The Zroni precursor is useless for gestalt consciousness and the only thing that blocks it seems to be to be able to research psionic theory.
I finished the zroni precursor and now even have a psionic leader from "delve into zroni" event for 50 minor artifacts.
Spawning the zroni precursor should not be possible for gestalt consciousness or they should be allowed to research psionic theory.
