Zroni precursor chain is broken [2.8.1] [dcfe]

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Zroni archaeology sites spawn in random owned or uncolonized systems with habitable planets. This means they can spawn on the other side of galaxy, in isolated system or on top of leviathan, making chain very inconvenient to complete. See screenshot; next site spawned behind allied empire, 10 jumps away from my nearest system.
Baol chain works similarly, but it isn't that broken, because it spawn new archaeology sitest through special projects (it can still be ruined if system is lost, though)
Also, it is available to machine empires.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Attached save file has an ongoing Abandoned Colony Ruins dig. Try to run it several times and see where Zroni Minor Colony spawns. You can look it up by pressing F2 x.
