opened up my contacts list, noticed that the portrait for the artisan troupe was shaking.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. set the artisan troupe's species portrait to the one in the attached screenshot
2. meet the artisan troupe
3. check contacts list to see if their portrait is shaking

Same here. Not only lithoid, also other kinds of aliens.
It´s always the "Others", never an full empire. Same portrait once shaking, the full empire (same game) don´t shake.

The primitive are sus, they don´t move.
