Verne v2.6.0 (6a97) There is no Planet Limit for Autochthon Monument/Temple

Game Version
Verne v2.6.0 (6a97)

What version do you use?

Steam

What expansions do you have installed?
All of the above

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I can build more then 1 Autochthon Monument per planet. I can also build more then 1 Administrative Office per planet. How ever I can only build 1 Gene Clinic. In the past I was only able to build 1 Monument and the Admin Office is new. Sorry if this isn't a bug and is working as intended.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start a new game. Make 2nd Monument one planet.

I think the bureaucrat complexes and monuments are intended. There was something about them functioning like other production buildings (e.g. foundry) starting with 2.6 in the patch notes

Hello and that is exactly it, the basic upgrade-able unity producing buildings are no longer limited to 1 per planet. This is working as intended.
