Vassal Contract Cooldown Bypass Exploit

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I am in the endgame and I have acquired many vassals, quite recently I got a new one which asked for protection as a scholarium. Nothing out of the ordinary but I didn't really like the contract, currently this empire doesn't follow me in a offensive war. I wanted to change the contract so I could force it but I had to wait for the cooldown. But I suddenly realized that some empires tend to accept vassalisation requests soon after being freed so I ended the contract, asked him to be vassalised again with he right terms and now I got what I wanted by going around the cooldown. To be fair this is only really achievable if you have 1k influence in the bank or when you are in the late game and gain 13 influence every month but I felt this should be reported anyway.
I hope this is the appropriate place to report this exploit.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Gain a Vassal
2. Be disappointed with the contract
3. Check Influence storage
4. Realize the power you have
5. End the contract
6. Ask target empire to be a vassal again, with the prefered terms.
