Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
This time I tried to use Devolving Beam to destroy AI worlds though I did't choose the Archaeo-Engineers AP. There were 3 AI worlds left when I begin to use Devolving Beam, as I used World Cracker to destryo an AI world before. But after colossus fired on one of the remaing 3 AI worlds, nothing happened except that the fired AI world became a AI world un-controlled/un-colonized by the Contingency. And the situation log sitll displays that there are 3 active machine worlds.

This is different from my previous bug report. In my last report, I picked the Archaeo-Engineers AP, and it displayed that the AI world fired by Devolving Beam is destroyed already in the situation log. While in this report, I didn't pick the Archaeo-Engineers AP, and the situation log displayed that the AI world, fired by Devolving Beam, remained undestroyed.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. You can use the console command "RTA" (an alias for "research_all_technology") to have Devolving Beam technology researched, and don't choose Archaeo-Engineers AP during your whole playthrough.
2. Wait until the Contingency comes and 4 AI worlds are spawned, then try to use Devolving Beam to fire an AI world.
3. Then you will find that nothing happens, except that the fired AI world becomes un-controlled/un-colonized by the Contingency.
4. The situation log doesn't display that the AI world fired by Devolving Beam is destroyed, as it's still marked as an "active machine world".
