[v3.4.4] [227f] Unowned system with owned planet

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
This system has no starbase and no owner; however, it has a planet belonging to the Ubaric Pact (who should own the system) and when my science ship surveys a body in the system, it doesn't get surveyed.
Removing my UI mods and reloading, as expected, did not magically resolve the issue.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Unknown, but this system was involved in a strange pair of wars:
The first war was declared on the Ubaric Pact, and I was brought in due to our defensive pact.
During that war, my subject declared war on the Ubaric Pact, and I was brought in (as war leader) because the contract said I join all of my subject's wars. My subject had a claim on this system.
While both wars were going on, I fully occupied this system and integrated my subject (I forget which order).
I then ended status quo my war with the Ubaric Pact. Because I didn't claim this system myself, there were no territorial changes.
Through all of this, I continue to be the Ubaric Pact's war ally in the other war, which is still going on. Our enemies get nowhere near this system.
I believe this system ended up losing its owner (though it's possible I may not have been paying close attention) after the war in which we were allied concluded (they lost a significant amount of land).
