Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The Nivlac trait still has the same slave_price value of 100 energy it did before 3.4 increased the value of most traits by a factor of 10.
Since the trait gives +50% habitability (2.5x Extremely Adaptive) and +15% growth speed (1.5x Rapid Breeders) it should probably be worth somewhere in the ballpark of 4000 energy, maybe less due to diminishing returns on habitability.
