[v3.4.2][7863] Progenitor Offspring Corvettes don't get upgraded Thruster modules

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
After researching a new type of Thrusters, I'm not able to to equip my Offspring Corvette type ships with it in the ship designer. It's not even offered as a selectable choice. (Works fine for regular corvettes.)
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Play the game with the new Progenitor origin long enough to research an early-game technology.
