Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
My E2 Robots with the Superconductive, Mass-Produced, and High Maintenance traits have a lower weight (4) for the Technician job than the Nu-Baol pops (6) with Cybernetic, Phototrophic, Agrarian, Communal, Venerable, Delicious, and Slow Breeders traits, none of which should increase Technician weight.

I've researched Droids but not Synthetics, have Citizen Rights for Artificial Intelligence, the Nu-Baol have Full Citizenship, and both species have Social Welfare living standards. No Divinity of Life resolutions have been passed.

I think the robot job weight is correct - base 1, x2 for superconductive, x2 for non-sapient robot that can't be a servant - but I don't know where the extra weight for the Nu-Baol is coming from; as far as I can tell they don't meet the criteria for any Technician job weight modifiers. The Nu-Baol also have the base weight for every specialist and ruler job but have 15 instead of 10 for Mote Harvester and 5.8 instead of 0.8 for Clerk. So they're somehow getting a flat +5 weight modifier for all worker jobs, not a multiplicative factor. My Trans-Kabarian pops (who are Ingenious) have the same weights for non-Technician jobs, so it's something that's applying to all my biological pops.
