When playing a voiddweller empire and taking voidborn ascension, there wont be the final upgrade stage tech pinned for research.
In my game i was researching the first habitiat upgrade and piked the ascension. After that research I looked if i can pick the next one but it wasnt there as an option, even though it should as I already posess an upgraded dwelling.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start as an voiddweller empire and pick voidborn ascension
