Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I've seen other issues with Human empires missing, and that they've been fixed in 3.0.2. But Earth Custodianship is till missing.
I'm getting these errors in the error log:

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start the game. Select new Game.

You can fix this bug by going to your Stellaris local files, opening the file prescripted_countries/90_syndaw_prescripted_countries.txt, and replacing both instances of "humanoid_01" with "mammalian_01". This will not affect your checksum and will not disable achievements.
