Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Resource deficit modifiers e.g on ships only update if game is reloaded or a war is declared meaning that:

a) you could run without any deficit malus on your ships for the entire war or till a reload or

b) your ship debuffs stay FOREVER and only go away if you reload the game


This is a massive problem in multiplayer were frequent reloads are a no go.
There is no update on the modifiers when a new day, month or even year starts.
Also entering a battle does not update it.

pls fix.
And a lot of greetings.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Run a deficit...declare war...watch the modifier never change again.

Declare a war...run into a deficit...enjoy no malus forever.

all till reload.

Update:
Bug also follows the same rules when it comes to Pop Production modifiers.

Deficits are just not being updated. Only through savegame loading or declaration of war apparently.

Edit: And changing ressource production related policies like complex drone output.
This is so abuseable...MP is unplayable for me as long as this bug exists ; (.
