Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
So with logistical threshold set for a high pop games in year 2260's it seems moving the last pop from conquered worlds as an aquatic necrophage empire will cause the game to crash. I will note this was also occurring before the DLC for me but I wrote it off as mods. Now I'm playing without mods and the issue persists.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Conquer AI worlds as presumably any empire, though specifically I used an aquatic necrophage empire.
2. Attempt to consolidate your empire onto your worlds by moving the pops that are being necrophage purged to core worlds.
3. The game crashes if you move too many pops while paused or the last pop from a conquered world.

Thanks for reporting this, I'm not able to get this to reproduce from the save, so I was wondering if you could possbly try to verify files of the installation or even do a fresh install of the game to see if the issue still persists for you and let me know how it goes?
