Description
v.2.8.1 [dfce] AI Drags Player into Offensive War

Game Version
v.2.8.1 [dfce]

What version do you use?
Steam

What expansions do you have installed?
Synthetic Dawn, Utopia, Leviathans Story Pack, Apocalypse, Megacorp, Distant Stars, Ancient Relics, Lithoids, Federations

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Description: Using the latest version of the game (2.8.1) with all DLC installed, the AI will drag players into offensive wars without asking them to join first.

Savegame: 2365.07.01.sav, single player game; game started in current version

DLC's: All available until time of this post.
Mods: I encountered the problem using ironman-compatible visual mods, but it still occurs with those mods disabled.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Reproduction Steps:
1. Load the attached save game.
2. Wait five weeks.
3. Receive a notification that you have agreed to support the Ketling Star Pack in an offensive war.

Observe: At no point does the game ask you if you want to join the Ketling's war. It just happens.

The problem is that "auto-decline" has been (for whatever reason, be it intention with problematic consequences or a bug) been turned into auto-accept when it comes for proposals. This is/feels very wrong.

This. You and Kettling shared a casus belli against the attacked country (containment, counterattack - I assume the first one). Kettlings invited you to join the offensive war and since this is bugged you autoapproved.
