It usually takes 20 minutes, if you provide an order ID in a ticket (link in my signature) we can check if everything is looking fine. I did have a customer with a PayPal order earlier and it seems PayPal was running behind schedule which meant the order was stuck at processing. If that's the case all you can do is wait as we can't fix that (since it's a PP problem).
