I've noticed in all of my games (around 5 total since canis minor came out) that space-era primitives have an unusually high rate of triggering an AI uprising. So much so that none of them ever develop FTL and become a fully-fledged empire, not even when I encourage technological growth while planting advanced technology via espionage,

Worst of all is that I receive no prompt about the primitive society tinkering with AI, nor do I get an opportunity to assist the primitives deal with the AI uprising. The AI uprising will spawn armies, battle with the organics, and often come out as the victor--creating a machine gestalt empire in the process.

I'm not sure if this is intended or not, which is why I'm reporting it here for investigation as this issue reminds me of how atomic-era primitives kept nuking their civilizations back into the stone age.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1) find a world with space-era primitives and build an observation post over said world
2) observe the primitives until they develop FTL technology
3) Repeat steps 1 and 2 and take note of how many AI uprisings occur during observation
