Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When ships or fleets travel from one system to another, the time it takes to get there is no longer visible. However, hovering over the 'Move to [system]' displays it like usual. Discovered with mods enabled, but persists without them.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1) Select a ship or fleet.
2) Order it to move to another system.
