Description
Top bar missing and main menu not opening

Game Version
Dick v3.0.1 (c04b)

What version do you use?
Steam

What expansions do you have installed?

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Sometimes when I open the game in windowed fullscreen borderless mode, using the settings in the launcher, there are graphical glitches
- In the first attached file, all the topbar is missing and the "main menu" button don't work. I had to Alt+f4
- Sometimes there are green layers in system view, second attached file.
- in another try some options didn't have the displayed effect, the topbar was displaying fastest but everything was moving at normal speed at best.

I have done the integrity check of local files.
I am playing Ironman mode with all the DLCs
I have no mods.
I have 2 displays and I am playing in the main one: 2560x1440 60Hz

Graphic cards setup:
main display: Nvidia GTX970 (updated drivers)
secondary display (not used for the game): HD Intel® 530

CPU: i7-6700K - 4Ghz
Ram: 64Gb

I have had been playing with this setup for more than 700 hours and I didn't have any of this issues until Nemesis launch.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Launch the game in fullscreen windowed borderless, but it don't happens everytime. I have problems 1/3 of times more or less.

what on earth. Just happened to me too! I shut the game down via task manager and it loaded up fine this time. I've also had that flashing green thing all over some systems from time to time (seen it 3 times now)

windows 10, i5-6600K, 16G ram, radeon RX 480
I also have 2 monitors and play in borderless "full" screen.

edit - to clarify, turning the game off and on again fixed it.

First time happened to me yesterday, and again just now.

I play with all dlc enabled and no mods

Win 10 Pro
i7 6700K
32GB RAM
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080

Can also confirm that closing the game down (via right-click/close app on task bar, cos no menu options appear in game) fixes the issue.

I've seen this happen randomly when re-loading a game (to test a custom mod).

Wasn't sure if it was due to the mod, but if it's happening without mods then I guess it's just the game itself.

Might be possible to replicate just by re-opening the same save a handful of times.

Yep, this happens to me as well. Maybe once out of every 10 game loads will do this. Restarting the game and reloading always fixes it. Never happens in-game, only during initial load.
