Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I was playing a game where a faction of marauders became The Horde. Eventually, the Great Khan died. However, there was no message or notification in the game when the Great Khan died. Also, once the Great Khan died, The Horde's fleets continued attacking and The Horde kept expanding by building outposts. The Horde also didn't disintegrate.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Start a game and ensure that there is at least 1 faction of marauders in the game
2. Once The Horde forms, keep an eye for a message when the Great Khan dies.
3. After the Great Khan dies, observe whether the Horde's fleets retreat or keep attacking and whether the Horde's constructors keep building outposts
4. After the Great Khan dies, the Horde should disintegrate in a few years; currently it is not.
