The grey disciples have a secret shipyard in the _ system, at the center of the galaxy

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When I sent my science ship to analyze the debris, they found evidence of the cultists having a shipyard in the system (it was just an extra space character in the event text) and tracking it in the situation log shows that the shipyard is in the center of the galaxy. This seems to have broken the event chain

Steps to reproduce the issue.
I began a game with the new imperial fiefdom origin, played for a short time and got the Grey Disciples event chain. I defeated 2 of the cultist fleets with my own ships, but the third fleet was killed by one of the other empires under my overlord. That is the only thing that I am aware of that may have thrown off the event chain.

I had the same issue, but I don't remember how I fixed it. One form of tracking worked. Try tracking it by pressing the button right above the image, try zooming out and hovering over the event entry to the left, try enabling track all in the corner of the window.
