No other pathfinding related problems that I can recall. Let's wait and see what Stryke discovers from the data.

Did some investigation on it yesterday and I've logged the issue internally for the programming team to look at. In the meanwhile, I found that if you moved your capital to Osseq and then back to Elder Star, the sector recalculation meant all of your system stayed in the sector.
