Description
Surveying primitive planet causes them to revert to un-surveyed after one day [3.03] [bfcc]

Game Version
Dick

What version do you use?
Paradox Launcher

What expansions do you have installed?
Synthetic Dawn, Utopia, Leviathans Story Pack, Apocalypse, Megacorp, Distant Stars, Ancient Relics, Lithoids, Federations, Nemesis, None

Do you have mods enabled?
Yes

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Issue was encountered with 3 mods enabled, though it persisted upon turning the mods off (Starnet, Tiny Outliner, and Acemod)
Upon surveying a planet with primitives, the planet becomes unsurveyed right away after a day passes. Re-surveying the planet does nothing to help. I experienced this twice with the same empire: Spiritualist, Xenophile, Egalitarian, Expansion tree first, Idealistic Foundation and Merchant Guilds, Remnants.
Trying to build a starbase in the one day that the system is considered surveyed does not bypass the issue, as construction wil be cancelled and resources will be refunded.

Steps to reproduce the issue.

Hello!

Thank you for the report!

Do you happen to have a save game where this issue is happening? We have so far been unable to reproduce it .

Can confirm that it's starnet. To be more precise, this happens if you play 3.0.3 with 3.0.2 starnet version instead of the 3.0.3 starnet version (it's explained in the decription).

The same will happen to any 3.0.2-compatible mod that changes the country_types file, all those mod require a separate version for 3.0.3.
This is from the 3.0.3 feedback thread. Its a mod problem with starnet and turning the mod off won't resolve the issue once the bug has happened. Theres a 3.0.3 starnet version available on the Steam Workshop, though I don't know if that will fix your current game or if you'll need a fresh start

Thank you for this. I tried a few different loadouts, and I had to update Starnet and remove the compatibility patch for Acemod + Starnet. Hopefully my ish doesn't break!
