Stellaris Surprise Update?

Me too. Someone in the Steam forum said this wasn't the only game that got a 16 mb update. I think this happened 3 or 4 weeks ago as well.
I noticed this as well. I'm kind of surprised there has been no explanation on here about it.
It is now giving me a missing DLC error when trying to load my previous saved singleplayer game, and going back a revision is not fixing it, any idea on how to fix?
Probably because it loaded in the middle of the night Sweden time. No reply yet to tweet I sent.
It could be more of a steam error I suppose, three of my steam games including Stellaris, which are unlikely to have any relationship with each other, got this 16.1mb unkonwn update at the same time.
Apparently its a Steam update to the Microsoft VC Redistribution version which Stellaris and a number of games uses and is about 16 Mb in size.
Well that would explain why about 10 of my steam games are in need of an update, stellaris included, though not all were at 16.1 MB some were even smaller
Damn, I hate when this kinda thing happens. I get all excited (OMG PE did a surprise Banks release???!!?!?!?!) but knowing in my heart it's just one of these weird updates that occur for one or another reason that's unrelated to the game itself.
