Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Any custom family name for Imperial government rulers will not appear for their heirs. The randomly generated names from the empire creation screen will remain with the rulers heirs unless their names are edited during the game.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Set a custom empire to have an Imperial government 2. give the ruler a custom first name and family name 3. start the game and wait for the empire heir to appear.
