Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Not 100% sure, but it seems like developers were working on improving translations in other languages and that's greate because at least now feel more immersive by reading leaders, species and fleet's names.(which weren't translated)
But empires names are still partly in Engish. I mean if it doesn't use speices's name in it, it will be full English which I hope will improve to the point of full localization in one day.
I was just curious either you left it on purpose or it was a mistake.
(BTW, I use Russian)
Mix of languages is really ugly and I have no idea why "Alliance" in once cause is translated, while in other is not

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Change language and make empire generate it's random name
