Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Two empires have corrupted names.

One has no name and no ethics and is Despicable Neutrals. There is a genocidal empire nearby (Still under fog of war for me, but I can see a containment war is in progress), so this may be the same issue as https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/foru...d-as-rebels-of-a-driven-exterminator.1528358/ (Rebellion against a genocidal empire results in despicable neutrals)

The other is called "Empire of". It was created when a subjugation war ended in white peace. Apart from the corrupt name it seems normal (not despicably neutral)

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Not possible as it is due to AI actions

I opened up the game again and noticed that the nameless empire's origin says Necrophage on the diplomatic window, but if you mouse-over the icon it says the origin is unknown.

Edit: The origins on the diplomatic window displays the origin of the previously viewed empire.
