Stellaris savegame keeps almost constantly crashing at different points in the game

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I play for a bit and then the game crashes. It (almost) constantly crashes at the same point when attempting to reload, but if I reload enough times I occasionally am able to continue playing (i.e. it doesn't crash at the same spot). I cannot reproduce this constantly, I've been getting almost constant crashes at different points in the game, I cannot narrow it down.
I play on steam but it uses the paradox launcher.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Play for a bit (I cannot narrow it down more)
I uploaded my faulty savegame and all logs I could found.
I added a zip file containing most of what I have inside Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris. It has logs, exception logs, and (only) my faulty savegame.
