Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Greetings.

I am currently playing, after a decent break and buying both Nemesis and Overlord, an ironman game with the Teachers of the Shroud origin.

Everything went perfectly well and I had a pretty decent start, that I could afford to build the Shroud Beacon early on. Now, what I did wasn't upgrading a Station or building a new one, but instead I decided to "replace" the standard "Crew Quarters" with the Shroud Beacon. Because I thought since it tells me it can be destroyed and removed without removing the Shroud Tunnel, it should be fine, right?

Well, think again. Appearently it literally didn't replace the Crew Quarters at all. After the building time was over, the Crew Quarters were still there, the Shroud Beacon never to be seen again. It even disappeared from the available options to build. No Shroud Tunnel appeared either. It's... just gone. I then proceeded to destroy the Crew Quarters to see if that does anything, but nope. Even reloading doesn't help.

So yea, appearently there's a bug that completely removes the Shroud Beacon and any access to the Shroud Tunnel if you decide to replace a Station Building instead of building it as a new one(?).

And yes, I do have mods installed, which are the following ones:

UI Overhaul Dynamic
Expanded Colours [180 Colours]
UI Overhaul Dynamic + Expanded Colours
Flags, Emblems and Backrounds Merged
Diverse Rooms

and neither of them should interfere with it (removing them didn't help either) and they don't change anything, thus I could even play in ironman in the first place.

I'll also include a Screenshot of my Empire, if how I set it up may have caused it.

Thank you for reading this and I hope I did everything correctly, first time submitting a Bug-Report

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Start Game with Teachers of the Shroud Origin
2. Play long enough to build the Shroud Beacon
3. REPLACE the Crew Quarters with the Shroud Beacon without dismantling it first.
4. ???
5. Shroud Beacon and Shroud Tunnel gone forever

I tried 3 different times to replace a building with the Shroud Tunnel, and it worked every time. What I find odd is that you still have the 25 crystals you would have been given at game start to build it, with. I even tried queuing the replacement, then deleting the building it was replacing, and still had no issue. So whatever caused the issue at hand, it wasn't due to the replacement of an existing building. At least, not entirely.

Oh, you are right. I didn't even notice that I still kept the 25 crystals. Which truly is odd and makes me wonder how it exactly happened. I tried to replicate the issue again as well, with or without the mods listed above and I couldn't manage to do it. Maybe something happened at the same time as the completion of the shroud beacon in my first playthrough and caused some weird issue, or something else happened. Maybe it's just a rare bug?

Still, thank you for looking into it.
