Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Sol has a 0% chance of spawning, 20/20 games with no spawning, and will only spawn if playing human with lost colony or if playing with sol.

Steps to reproduce the issue.

Thank you for this post. I was thinking about making one, but not sure if it's a bug or if I'm just super, super unlucky.

Invading Earth during WW2 is the last achievement I need, but can't ever find Sol.

This is working as designed. There is a very small chance for Human Primitive civilization to spawn.

There is a very small chance for Human Primitive civilization to spawn.

Looking into the files there should be a 40% chance for Sol to spawn with a primitive civ and a 10% chance to spawn with a tombworld. This also matches my recollection of Sol being rather common.
