Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Vassal empire switches to a protectorate and back every few months making it impossible to ever update vassal contract. This issue has been occurring in game for over 10 years.

Also running Overlord DLC with Tiny Outliner and Dynamic UI mods.
