Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
so I made sure to look up if Shard can spawn twice but I haven't found anything about it. I'm running Vanilla no mods. Upon completion of the Archaeological Site, I got a pop up for the communication with Shard twice. From there, Shard becomes hostile like normal but there are *two* of them. I don't know how I managed to do this but here we are lol.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
I honestly don't know.

Were you playing single player or multiplayer? This report saw it happen in multiplayer, so I'd be interesting in knowing if it can also happen in single player:
