Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Not sure if this is intentional, but in all three of my playthroughs where I Become the Crisis, one of the default crises will still spawn. In my three playthroughs, two of them were Unbidden, one was Contingency, so I haven't yet noted if the Prethoryn will also still spawn. I shared only one playthrough save where I used console commands and other galaxy generation settings in order to try to reproduce the issue as quickly as possible on a slower computer, although I have used default galaxy generation settings on an earlier playthrough where the issue still occurred (using only console commands to insure a nation Becomes the Crisis and stays alive long enough for another Crisis to spawn, and the fast_forward command to skip ahead to near the end date).
In the screenshots below where I play as a nation that has chosen the Become the Crisis ascension perk, it it is shown that the nation has unlocked every Crisis level and has Star-eaters. It is also shown that the Unbidden are present in the galaxy.
Normally I would probably tolerate a second crisis spawning trying to usurp me. However, I had the erroneous expectation that I was going to be THE crisis, or the one and only crisis that can exist, during my first, and ill-fated, blind ironman playthrough where I Become the Crisis and unlocked every crisis level, but the Unbidden still spawned in the galaxy. Needless to say, at the moment, it looks like I will be starting my second attempt at a crisis playthrough with the knowledge that a second crisis will probably still spawn somewhere in the galaxy. I like the idea of a galaxy generation option which allows you to disable a crisis spawning if any empire Becomes the Crisis, but I'll roll with whatever works at the moment.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1) Launch a game with default settings, preferably as an empire that can meet the requirements of the Become the Crisis ascension perk (if not, you can enter observer mode and look for empires that can meet the requirements, and if you find one, you can use the "tag " command to play as a suitable nation)
2) Once eligible, take the Become the Crisis ascension perk, and continue progressing through the crisis levels as quickly as possible before another Crisis (one of the three default types) can spawn
3) Continue playing, and try to insure you are not wiped out, after reaching the final crisis level. Under default settings, I have found a crisis still spawned between the years 2400-2500 (the default endgame years, where the crisis is normally expected to spawn)
