Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When I give a species in my empire assimilation citizenship(psionic) the authoritarian faction issue stratified society becomes unfulfilled.
On a sidenote pops which are assimilated still default to full citizenship after assimilation instead of the default rights I have set in the species screen.
Only UI mods
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Assimilating pops without the psionic trait and having the authoritarian faction.
