Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Not a bug with the game but an issue with Steam DLC bundles. Hope you can forward this to the correct people.

Basically I got the "Stellaris: Galaxy Edition Upgrade Pack" since it said it included the the Infinite Frontiers eBook. However this gives me a unlisted DLC called "Stellaris: Novel by Steven Savile" rater than the "Stellaris: Infinite Frontiers (eBook)" that is listed on the store. For this reason if I try to buy the "Ultimate bundle" which is currently discounted to get Nemesis it also includes the "stand alone" e-book DLC negating the bundle discount completely, and I'm really not interested in buying the book twice.

Unless there is some material difference between the two versions of the book should not the galaxy edition simply include the Stellaris: Infinite Frontiers (eBook) DLC rater than having it's own version of it so people don't end up buying the book twice if they get both packs in the bundle?

I have a very similar issue, likely related. I bought the Galaxy Edition of the game, yet the Galaxy Edition Upgrade item is still available to me, and for that reason, if I try to buy the bundle, I'll end up buying something I already own.

I don't know how Steam works for publishers, but please flag people who own the Galaxy Edition as already owning the Galaxy Edition Upgrade, and people who own either as already owning the novel.
