Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The starter ships gave me 140 alloys after I changed the blueprint to contain no equipment and then "upgraded" the fleet
Steps to reproduce the issue.
start a new game, right click on all armor, shields and weapons, switch the tier 1 hyperdrive to no hyperdrive, save the blueprint and then update your starting fleet
