Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
So after starting my first playthrough on 2.6 the Old Gods Event Chain popped up and i went with it, wondering why i got it in the first place, but thought im going to try what happens.After finishing it and triggering the ethics shift to Spiritual my Machines now are Spirtualists needing food and consumer goods and dumped the whole idea of a Machine Intelligence. Now im left with my Machine World starting World and in dire need of some food which i obviously cant produce on my starting world.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Play Machine Intelligence,
Machine World Origins
Wait for Old Gods Event Chain
Finish Old Gods Event Chain
Select Spirtual Ethics Shift

I know you are aware of this bug.. but I figured I'd add a little more to this since I went a bit deeper with this bug..

Version of the Game 2.6.0

Platform: Steam

Expansions installed: All except Federations

Mods enabled: None

How to reproduce:
Be a Gestalt Consciousness Government Type (Machine or Hive Mind)
Ran Shines to the Old God's Event. Selected the option to become spiritualist.
Became Spiritualist Fanatic Authoritarian

As a hive Mind I had the following happen through some game play.
(Was on Ironman so had no way to revert the decision via Load game)

You become a what seems to be a "Hybrid" Gestalt Consciousness. How ever you have the following issues below. (I saw as a Hive Mind with the Tree of Life Origin)

1st: Your pops are no longer Hive Mind Drones. So any buildings you have that give those jobs no longer work. But the Jobs will still be there if the buildings or districts allow for those jobs.
1a: Districts change and allow for other types of Pops to work with them.
2nd: All your Districts will show the following Districts: Housing Districts, Hive Districts, Then Energy Districts and lastly mineral Districts. Hiding the Food Districts. How ever, they can be accessed if you Build another District, then rebuild that as a Food district.
3rd: While you can build MOST buildings, you can't Build anything for Research or Gas, Crystals, or Motes. Because those require Planetary Admin capitals.
3a: Also your Planets are all stuck with Hive Cores or Hive Nexus. So even of you Colonize you can't build those buildings.
4th: Being Hive mind you can't Change your Government type to the Imperial or Dictatorial options appearing to be available.
4a: You CAN choose the Non-Hive Mind Civics as well as Spiritualist/Authoritarian ones.
(In my Game this happened in, I still have Civics Natural Neural Network & Divided Attention. I was not gaining benefit from Natural Neural Network. How ever Divided Attention still worked since it didn't rely on Drones. Which means you could stack other Non Drone related hive mind Civics with Non hive Mind Civics)

Also had a strange interaction where my Capital planet revolted and separated from my Empire.. But they became a Lithoid Megacorp with my tree of life tile on its planet. I was NOT Lithoid. I was a Molluscoid Hive Mind.
