Error in GUI tooltip related to Federation window, Level 4.1; 'Stabile' -> 'stable'

From:
"There is no better crucible for trying out ideas than a heated debate, and dispute is a great tool when the aim is to build a [stabile] future.
To:
"There is no better crucible for trying out ideas than a heated debate, and dispute is a great tool when the aim is to build a stable future."
Honestly... seems like a semicolon would work better there, but the spelling error at minimum should be fixed.
Note regarding save/mods:
- My mods are purely aesthetic, so flag icon additions; there's no rational reason even the most incompetent modder would be touching core text files to do this.
- No save because mods, and it's a fixed GUI element.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Create Federation
2. Select type "Galactic Union" (default without Fed DLC)
3. GUI tooltip for level 4.1 will display the erroneous text
