Description
Species Screen Lag on Lower End Computers. Version [3.0.3] [d281]

Game Version
3.0.3 d281

What version do you use?
Steam

What expansions do you have installed?
All

Do you have mods enabled?
Yes

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Last week I had an issue with the species screen, It was very laggy when it has at least 10 species on it. I tried disabling the mods I had installed and didn't solved it. Today I give it a shot and downloaded a mod without any animated portraits on it to test my very unusual theory about this issue and it was solved with this specific mod (anime galaxy). I don't know what exactly is causing the issue, but it's probably the animated portraits even with all graphics configuration on low. Even in the multiplayer with my friends I ran on this issue.

PS: this save was made on vanilla game, no mods installed.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Create a Galaxy with as much species as possible.
Meet all empires.
Go to species screen and toggle the galaxy species.
