Some civics and one face blurred in empire creation

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
A bunch of species models and the civic icons for Angler and Catalytic Processors are blurred for some reason. And it is time for this censorship to end!

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Create a new empire and scroll through the species, and then scroll through the civic choices.
